Order Processing Time
Most of our furniture is made-to-order. Production typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on design complexity, customization, and material availability. Customers will be informed once the product is ready for dispatch.
Shipping Locations
We offer pan-India delivery. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product type. Once dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage, it must be reported within 24–48 hours along with clear photographs and videos for verification.
Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, natural events, or supply chain disruptions. We will keep customers informed in such situations.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in cases of change of mind after 24 hours, minor variations in wood grain, color, or texture (as wood is a natural material), or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
