Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Set My Home, each piece of furniture is thoughtfully crafted, and many of our products are made-to-order. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made within this period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
After 24 hours of order confirmation, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund. Since our furniture is often custom-made and materials are procured immediately after order confirmation, any advance or partial payment made after 24 hours is non-refundable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture
All custom-designed and made-to-order furniture items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes customized dimensions, special finishes, fabric or polish selections, and personalized design modifications.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs and videos of the issue must be shared. Upon verification, we will arrange repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in cases of change of mind after 24 hours, minor variations in wood grain, color, or texture (as wood is a natural material), or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
