All solid teakwood furniture products are covered under a 5-year limited warranty applicable only in the event of termite or wood insect infestation affecting the structural wooden components of the product.
Warranty Coverage:
• Repair of the affected wooden portion only
• Applicable solely to structural wood damage caused by termite or wood-boring insects
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
• Polish, finish, upholstery, fabric, foam, or cushioning
• Natural wood grains, minor surface cracks, texture marks, or shade variations
• Seasonal expansion or contraction of wood
• Damage caused by moisture, water exposure, seepage, or humidity
• Damage resulting from shifting, improper handling, misuse, or external impact
• Exposure to extreme temperature conditions
• Normal wear and tear from regular usage
Additional Conditions:
• Valid only for indoor residential use
• Replacement of the complete product is not included
• Inspection and verification will be required before approving any warranty claim
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
📦 Delivery & Transit Damage Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching every order to ensure safe delivery.
Customer Responsibilities at Delivery:
• The product must be inspected at the time of delivery
• An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery
• The video must clearly show unopened packaging and the full condition of the product
Reporting Timeline:
• Any visible transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photographs and unboxing video proof must be shared
• Claims reported after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted
Damage Handling & Resolution:
In case of verified transit damage:
• Repair support will be provided for the affected part(s)
• Replacement of damaged components may be arranged where feasible
• On-site repair or local carpenter assistance may be provided depending on the situation
Full product replacement or reverse pickup will not be applicable unless approved after internal inspection and assessment.
Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Furniture:
• Custom-made and made-to-order furniture is non-returnable and non-replaceable once delivered and accepted
• Reverse logistics of heavy furniture involves significant transportation handling risk and cost
• In exceptional cases where return is approved after internal inspection, transportation and handling charges may apply
This product includes 1 year of complimentary polishing service:
• 1 polishing service within 1 year from the date of delivery
• Labour charges covered up to ₹1000 per visit
• Polish / material cost to be borne by the customer
